Updating your information You now have two records: a DEN@Viterbi profile, which you access from your DEN@Viterbi D2L account, and a University record, which you can access in OASIS (Online Academic Student Information System). If you move, it is extremely important that you update the information in both locations: OASIS : Login to OASIS (or access OASIS via myUSC once you have your USC NetID activated) Go to the "Other Services" on the navigation bar Click on "Change of Address" to update your local and permanent address on your University record. Official documents from USC will be sent to this address. DEN@Viterbi : Your exam proctor is identified by your DEN profile address and your company site. Your address also determines state authorization (see DEN State Authorizations section above). To update your DEN profile address, please email vaseden@usc.edu . On-campus students switch to DEN On-campus students who wish to switch their program to DEN@Viterbi. Must meet the following criteria: 1. Degree is supported by DEN@Viterbi 2. Your program has state authorization If they believe the criteria is met, they must submit a request for review. Requests are not reviewed after the add/drop deadline.
